Serco Group plc  - Hybrid general meetings

Following the publication of the Company's Notice of Meeting on the 4th of April 2018, the Company has received feedback from an investment advisory service concerning the proposed amendments to the Company's Articles of Association in relation to the holding of virtual/hybrid general meetings.  As set out in the explanatory notes to the Notice of Meeting, the Company hereby re-confirms that it has no intention of holding a wholly virtual general meeting, and that it would not do so in any case without the prior consultation with shareholders or the relevant investor group.
