INITIAL NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES (PDMRs) IN ACCORDANCE WITH ARTICLE 19 OF THE EU MARKET ABUSE REGULATION 596/2014

On 6 April 2021, pursuant to the earlier voluntary deferral of a proportion of their 2020 annual bonus and, in accordance with the rules of the Serco Group plc 2019 Deferred Bonus Plan ('the Plan'), ordinary shares of 2 pence each ('Investment Shares') were acquired on behalf of the PDMRs. 

On the same day, following the acquisition of the Investment Shares and in accordance with the rules of the Plan, the Company granted conditional share awards ('Matching Share Awards') to the PDMRs.
