Serco Group plc (the Company)
NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES (PDMRs)
The Company notifies the following changes in the interests in the ordinary shares of 2p each (Shares) of PDMRs, arising pursuant to the Deferred Bonus Plan and the Long-Term Incentive Plan (Share Awards) as follows:
(i) a grant on 4 April 2025 in connection with the voluntary deferral of a proportion of 2024 annual bonus (Investment Shares) at a price of £1.639857 per Share; and matching Share Awards made on 7 April 2025 at a similar price per Share as the Investment Shares; and
(ii) grants on 7 April 2025 at a price of £1.6118 per Share, being the average closing price of the Shares over the five Dealing Days prior to the date of grant.
