Serco Group plc - Purchase of shares by Rupert Soames

Serco Group plc (the 'Company') was notified on 2 June 2016 that Rupert Soames, the Company's Chief Executive Officer, purchased 120,000 Ordinary Shares of 2p each in the Company on 2 June 2016 at a price of 107 pence per share.  

The transaction took place on the London Stock Exchange.  This notice is given in fulfilment of obligations under DTR 3.1.4R(1)(a).
