Serco Group plc - Announcement of purchase of shares by Sir Roy Gardner

Serco Group plc (the 'Company') was notified on 26 February 2016 that Sir Roy Gardner, the Company's Chairman, purchased 20,000 Ordinary Shares of 2p each in the Company on 26 February 2016 at a price of 95.6766 pence per share. Following this purchase, Sir Roy Gardner has an interest in 45,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company.

The transaction took place on the London Stock Exchange.  This notice is given in fulfilment of obligations under DTR 3.1.4 R.
