Serco Group plc - Announcement of Director / PDMR shareholding

In accordance with DTR 3.1.4R of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules, Serco Group plc (the "Company") was today notified (in accordance with DTR 3.1.2R) that the following acquisitions of the Company's ordinary shares of 2 pence each by Directors of the Company and persons discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMRs") and/or their connected persons took place in London today.

Each of these transactions took place pursuant to the Company's 1 for 1 rights issue at a price of 101 pence per new ordinary share, with such Directors and PDMRs and/or their connected persons taking up in full their rights to subscribe for new ordinary shares under the rights issue. 

The number of new ordinary shares acquired by such Directors and PDMRs and/or their connected persons pursuant to the rights issue, together with the resulting number of shares held after the rights issue, is set out below.
