Serco Group plc - Board Committee Changes

Serco Group plc, the international service company, announces that, following the resignation of Ed Casey as Chief Operating Officer effective from 31 December 2017 (announced on 20 October 2017), Rupert Soames, Chief Executive of the Company, replaced Ed as a member of Serco's Corporate Responsibility Committee with effect from 1 January 2018.
