Serco Group plc (Serco) announces that Tamara Ingram, Non-Executive Director, will step down from the plc Board with effect from 31 July 2016.  This follows her appointment as Chief Executive Officer of J. Walter Thompson Company LLC and her relocation to the US, which means that she will not have the time to dedicate to her role on Serco's Board.

Sir Roy Gardner, Serco's Chairman said: "I would like to personally thank Tamara for her contribution to the Board during the past two and a half years and to wish her every success in the future."

This notification is made pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.11
