Appointment of Chief Financial Officer

Seraphine Group plc (LON: BUMP), the international digitally led maternity and nursing wear brand, is pleased to announce the appointment of Lee Williams as Chief Financial Officer of the Group and an Executive Director of the Company. He will join the Company in the first half of 2022.

Lee joins the Group from French Connection Group, where he is currently CFO & Company Secretary. Prior to French Connection, he was Group Director of Finance at ASOS between December 2014 and April 2016 including nine months as Interim CFO. After gaining his ACMA qualification, Lee has held a number of financial and management consultancy roles in the retail sector.

Furthermore, the Company confirms that John Bailey has announced he is to step down as Finance Director of the Group to pursue other opportunities. John Bailey will remain with Seraphine for a sufficient time so as to ensure a smooth transition of the finance function to Lee Williams after he joins the business.
