RESIGNATION AND APPOINTMENT OF COMPANY SECRETARY

Sequoia Financial Group Ltd (ASX:SEQ) ( Sequoia or the Company ) advises that Tharun Kuppanda has resigned as Company Secretary.

Sequoia wishes to thank Mr. Kuppanda for his contribution in the role of Company Secretary.

Mr. Kuppanda will be replaced by Mr. Hasaka Martin. Mr. Martin is a Company Secretary for a number of ASX listed entities with experience in corporate action administration, listings & board governance.
