MANAGEMENT UPDATE

Sequoia Financial Group Ltd (ASX:SEQ) ( Sequoia or the Company ) advises that Mr Scott Beeton has notified the Company of his intention to transition out of the Chief Executive Officer role over the next 6 months .

The Company intends to conduct a recruitment process for a new Chief Executive Officer during that period.
