DIRECTOR RESIGNATION - MR. JOHN LARSEN

Sequoia Financial Group Ltd (ASX:SEQ) ( Sequoia or the Company ) advises that Mr John Larsen has notified the Company of his resignation as a Non-Executive Director effective today.

The Company intends to conduct a recruitment process for the appointment of an additional NonExecutive Director.
