RESIGNATION AND APPOINTMENT OF COMPANY SECRETARY

Sequoia Financial Group Ltd (ASX:SEQ) ( Sequoia or the Company ) advises that Marika White has resigned as Company Secretary.

Sequoia wishes to thank Ms. White for her contribution in the role of Company Secretary.

The Company engages an outsourced company secretarial service provider which has now been acquired causing the change to the company secretariat.

Ms. White will be replaced by Tharun Kuppanda. Mr. Kuppanda is a Company Secretary for a number of ASX listed entities with experience in cross border acquisitions, listings & board governance.
