MDS Financial Group Ltd (ASX: MWS) is pleased to announce and welcome the addition of Mr Jamie Schwarz to the Board of Directors of MDS as an Independent Non-Executive Director.

Mr Schwarz, a qualifi ed lawyer, brings strength to the Board and will provide strong strategic input to the Company as it re-establishes it’s place as a unique fi nancial services company in the Australian market.

Mr Schwarz is also Chairman of Flat Glass Industries Limited (ASX:FGI).
