AGM – Withdrawal of Resolutions

MDS Financial Group Limited (ASX:MWS) (“Company”) advises that it intends to withdraw the following resolutions from the agenda of the Annual General Meeting to be held 27 November 2008 at 9:00am EDST.

Resolution 2 – Re-election of David Whitfield as a Director

Mr Whitfield has decided not to offer himself for re-election as a non-executive director of the Company.

Resolution 3 – Re-election of Allan Shek as a Director

Mr Shek has decided not to offer himself for re-election as an executive director of the Company.

Resolution 5 – Issue of Options to Sean Rothsey

Resolution 6 – Issue of Options to Allan Shek

Resolution 7 – Issue of Options to David Whitfield
