Investment Adviser Share Sale

The Company announces that, in accordance with the terms of the Investment Advisory Agreement between the Company and Sequoia Investment Management Company Limited (the "Investment Adviser"), the Investment Adviser has sold 1,465,922 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares").The Investment Adviser will continue to reinvest one tenth of its advisory fees in subscribing for Ordinary Shares, which will be subject to a three year rolling lock-up.

Following the sale, the Investment Adviser has an interest in 2,794,376 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.16% of the Company's issued Ordinary Shares, excluding those shares held by individuals at the Investment Adviser.
