DIRECTOR / PDMR DEALING

The Company announces that Randall Sandstrom, an employee of Sequoia Investment Management Company Limited, Investment Adviser to the Company, has acquired 12,049 ordinary shares of no par value in capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 77.91 pence per share.

Following this transaction, Mr Sandstrom has an interest in 70,049 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.004% of the Company's issued ordinary shares (in addition to his beneficial interest in the Ordinary Shares held by the Investment Adviser).
