The Company has been notified that on 11 September 2015, Greg Taylor, a director of the Investment Adviser, acquired 215 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 103.96p per share through his dividend re-investment plan.

Following this transaction, Mr Taylor's holding in the company amounts to 23,215 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.015 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
