Sequoia Economic Infrastructure Income Fund Limited (the "Company")

Director's Shareholding

The Company announces that on 28 April 2015, Robert Jennings, non-executive chairman acquired 7,500 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 106p per share and a person connected with Mr Jennings acquired 7,500 shares at 106p per share.

The Company also wishes to announce that Mr Jennings transferred 7,500 Ordinary Shares from his nominee account to his ISA (the "Transfer"). The Transfer was made at 106p per Ordinary Share.

Following these transactions, Mr Jennings' beneficial holding in the company amounts to 115,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.08 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
