Sequoia Economic Infrastructure Income Fund Limited (the "Company" or "SEQI")

Repayment of Revolving Credit Facility

On 4 May 2018, SEQI, the specialist investor in economic infrastructure debt, announced that it had completed its oversubscribed equity placing. SEQI is pleased to confirm that it has repaid approximately £70.7 million of its £100 million multi-currency leverage facility ("the Company Facility") from the equity placing proceeds. Approximately £5 million remains drawn on the Company Facility.

The Company continues to see a strong pipeline of attractive investment opportunities.
