Change of Valuation Agent

The Directors of the Company advise that with effect from 1 May 2017, Pricewaterhouse Coopers LLP ("PWC") has been engaged as the Company's Valuation Agent. In its capacity as the independent valuation agent PwC will be responsible for performing a valuation review of the fair market value pricing of the Company's investments on a monthly basis.
