Following the commencement of dealings in the C Shares of Sequoia Economic Infrastructure Income Fund Limited on 10 June 2016, the Company confirms, in accordance with the 3.1.2 of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules, that:

The Directors have acquired C Shares in the Company as follows:
