Effective February 17, 2014, Sequans Communications S.A. restructured its organizational structure. As a result, the vice presidents of engineering, product project management and operations, who all report to the Chief Operating Officer, are no longer members of the executive management team. The roles and responsibilities of the remaining members of the executive management team are unchanged.
