OSLO BØRS - SUSPENDED

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement from

Sequa Petroleum N.V. (the "Company") of 1 June 2017 stating

that the Company is delayed with the publication of its 2016

annual report which should have been published no later than

31 May 2017. In addition, the Company has not published a

half-yearly report for the first half of 2017 which should

have published no later than 31 August 2017. Oslo Børs has

decided to suspend the bonds (SEQ01 PRO EC).
