Seplat Petroleum Development Company Plc announces that at its Annual General Meeting held yesterday 01 June 2017, all resolutions set out in the Notice of Annual General Meeting put to the shareholders were duly passed by the requisite majority.

Details of the results of the voting (voted by way of a poll) including the proxy votes lodged with the Company's registrars will shortly be available on Seplat's website http://seplatpetroleum.com/.

Copies of the resolutions (other than resolutions concerning the ordinary business at the Annual General Meeting) passed at the Annual General Meeting will shortly be available for inspection at the National Storage Mechanism, which is located at: http://www.morningstar.co.uk
