The following notification made under Article 19 of the Market Abuse Regulation (2014/596/EU) relates to transactions in the Company's shares notified to the Company by Mr Michael Richard Alexander, a PDMR who is the Senior Independent Non-Executive Director of Seplat Petroleum Development Company Plc.
