We wish to inform you that the Company has received an Email correspondence dated 29[th] September 2020 from Mr. R Sundararajan - (DIN: 00498404) informing that he wants to resign from the Board of Shriram EPC Limited with effect from 24[th] September 2020 due to personal reasons and the same was circulated to the other Board Members vide Circular Resolution No. CR 143 dated 29-09-2020/

The Directors of the Company have accepted and approved his resignation with effect from 24[th] September 2020 considering his request.

The Company is in the process of filing DIR-12 eform intimating Registrar of Companies, Tamilnadu, Chennai and request the Stock Exchanges vide this letter to make note of the said change and resignation of Mr. R Sundararajan Director of the Company.

Kindly take on record the change in the composition of the Board of Directors as mentioned above.
