We wish to inform you that the Company has received an Email correspondence 5 f ldated 13th June 2019 from 'Mr. Surender Singh - (DIN: 07821680) informing that he has superannuated from the services of Oriental Bank of Commerce and consequently he is resigning from the Board of Shriram EPC Limited as the Nominee Director of Oriental Bank of Commerce, with effect from 31St May, 2019.

The Directors of the Company have accepted and approved his resignation with effect from 31St May 2019 vide Circular Resolution number CR—2-l35 dated 14'" June 2019 considering his request. "

The Company is in the process of filing DIR-12 eform intimating Registrar of Companies, Tamilnadu, Chennai and request the Stock Exchanges vide this letter to make note ofthe said change and resignation of Mr. Surender Singh as the Nominee Director ofthe Company.
