ITEM 8.01 OTHER EVENTS.

As previously announced, Mr. Hank Brown will retire from the Board of Directors of Sensient Technologies Corporation in April 2020. Since 2017, Mr. Brown has also served as Sensient’s Lead Director.

On March 18, 2020, Sensient announced that its Board of Directors, in anticipation of Mr. Brown’s retirement, has selected Dr. Joseph Carleone to serve as Lead Director, effective immediately. Dr. Carleone has served as an independent Director of Sensient since August 2014.
