As previously announced, Richard F. Hobbs retired as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Sensient Technologies Corporation (the “Company”) on February 6, 2015, and Stephen J. Rolfs became Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Company on February 7, 2015. Mr. Rolfs previously served as Senior Vice President, Administration of the Company since July 2013.

In satisfaction of the disclosure required by Items 401(b) and 401(e) of Regulation S-K, the section of the Company’s Annual Report on Form 10-K, filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on February 28, 2014, entitled “Executive Officers of the Registrant” is incorporated by reference herein. There are no family relationships between Mr. Rolfs and any of the directors and executive officers of the Company requiring disclosure under Item 401(d) of Regulation S-K. There are no transactions in which Mr. Rolfs has an interest requiring disclosure under Item 404(a) of Regulation S-K.
