Cleansing Notice under section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act
This notice is given by SenSen Networks Ltd (ASX : SNS) ( SenSen or the Company ) under section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) ( Corporations Act ).
SenSen has today issued 9,594,718 fully paid ordinary shares ( Shares ) in the capital of the Company under the SenSen Incentive Plan, and of those, 3,916,823 fully paid ordinary shares were issued to Directors, as approved by Shareholders on 17 December 2021.
SenSen also refers to the Company's Appendix 2A lodged today.

This notice is being given under section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act;

As of the date of this notice, the Company has complied with:

The provisions of Chapter 2M of the Corporations Act as they apply to the Company; and

Section 674 of the Corporations Act; and

As of the date of this notice, there is no "excluded information" as defined in sections 708A(7) and 708A(8) of the Corporations Act which is required to be disclosed by the Company.
