Clarification to Quarterly Activities and Cashflow Report – December 2020

SenSen Networks Limited (ASX:SNS) ( SenSen ) refers to the Quarterly Activities and Cashflow Report lodged on 29 January 2021 ( Quarterly Report ).

The Quarterly Report references, in item 6.1, a payment to related parties. SenSen wishes to clarify that the amount in item 6.1 comprises an intercompany transfer of funds to SenSen VBI Pvt Ltd, India and SenSen Networks Inc., USA to fund working capital during the quarter ended 31 December 2020.
