Sensen Networks Limited (ASX: SNS) – Trading Halt

Description

The securities of Sensen Networks Limited (‘SNS’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of SNS, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Wednesday, 6 January 2021 or when the announcement is released to the market.

SENSEN NETWORKS LTD (ASX: SNS) – REQUEST FOR TRADING HALT

Pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.1, SenSen Networks Ltd ACN 121 257 412 ( Company ) requests that a trading halt be granted by the ASX in respect of the Company’s securities with effect from the commencement of trading on 4 January 2021.

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.1, the Company advises:

1. the trading halt is requested to allow the Company to finalise the terms of a proposed equity raising by way of share placement ( Capital Raising ) while ensuring that the market does not trade on an uninformed basis;

2. SenSen requests that the trading halt remain in place until the earlier of the following:

3. a. the Company has released an announcement of the Capital Raising referred to above; and

4. b. before market opens on Wednesday 6 January 2021;

5. the Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted, nor of any other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
