Share Purchase Plan Offer extended to Monday, 13 December 2021
Leading Smart Cities and AI software solutions provider SenSen Networks Limited (ASX:SNS, “ SenSen ” or “the Company ”) advises that the closing date of the offer under the Share Purchase Plan, announced on 5 November 2021 ( SPP Offer ), will be extended from Monday, 6 December 2021 to the revised closing date of Monday, 13 December 2021.
The full terms and conditions of the SPP Offer were included in the SPP Booklet announced to the ASX when the SPP Offer opened on 9 November 2021. Capitalised terms in this announcement have the same meaning as set out in the SPP Booklet.
The extension will ensure that all Eligible Shareholders have additional time to participate in the Offer.
Eligible Shareholders that have already applied for SPP Shares under the SPP Offer are not required to resubmit their application form unless they wish to apply for additional shares up to a maximum application amount of $30,000 as referred to in the SPP Booklet.
All other terms and conditions of the SPP Offer remain the same as set out in the SPP Booklet. Participation in the SPP Offer is optional and there is no requirement for Eligible Shareholders to participate. Eligible Shareholders are able to apply for SPP Shares at an issue price of $0.12 per SPP Share up to a maximum of $30,000 in value (or a total of 250,000 SPP Shares) without incurring any brokerage. Applications must be in increments as set out in the SPP Booklet. Please refer to the SPP Booklet to for details of the SPP Offer.
