Placement Cleansing Notice under section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act
This notice is given by SenSen Networks Ltd (ASX : SNS) ( SenSen or Company ) under section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) ( Corporations Act ).
SenSen has issued the balance 5,000,000 fully paid ordinary shares ( Tranche 2 Placement Shares ) in the capital of the Company at an issue price of $0.12 per Tranche 2 Placement Share, as per the Company's announcement made to the ASX on 9 November 2021 and the Appendix 2A lodged today ( Placement ).

The Tranche 2 Placement Shares were issued without disclosure to investors under Part 6D.2 of the Corporations Act;

This notice is being given under section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act;

As of the date of this notice, the Company has complied with:

The provisions of Chapter 2M of the Corporations Act as they apply to the Company; and

Section 674 of the Corporations Act; and

As of the date of this notice, there is no "excluded information" as defined in sections 708A(7) and 708A(8) of the Corporations Act which is required to be disclosed by the Company,.
