On 12 March 2021, the following executive Directors of the Company and other persons discharging managerial responsibility ("PDMRs") were granted rights comprising conditional awards of ordinary shares of 10 pence each under the Company's deferred bonus plan (the "Plan") as summarised below:

Subject to the terms of the Plan, the awards will ordinarily vest three years after the date of grant, subject to the grantee's continued employment within the Company's Group until such time.  No consideration was paid for the grant of these awards and no consideration is due on the vesting of these awards.

Only existing ordinary shares sourced via the Company's employee benefit trust will be used to satisfy the awards.  No newly issued or treasury shares will be used in connection with the Plan.

Senior plc was informed by the executive Directors and other PDMRs of the above transaction on 12 March 2021.  This notification is made in accordance with DR 3.1.4R(1)(a).
