On 29 April 2025, an executive Director of Senior plc ("the Company") and other persons discharging managerial responsibility ("PDMRs") were granted options over Ordinary shares of 10 pence of the Company under the Senior plc 2006 Savings-Related Share Option Scheme.  The options have an exercise price of £1.471 per share and the period during which they can be exercised is 1 July 2028 to 31 December 2028.
