NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS/PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES OR THEIR CONNECTED PERSONS

Ordinary shares of 10 pence each in Senior plc ("the Company") were released to Bindi Foyle, Group Finance Director and member of the Senior plc Board, on 4 May 2020 under the terms of the Senior plc 2014 Long-Term Incentive Plan ("LTIP") award made on 3 May 2017, as a result of the performance conditions attaching to the LTIP award having been satisfied as to 27.5%.

Bindi Foyle retained all 43,123 vested shares, having self-funded the income tax liability that arose on vesting.  Only existing ordinary shares sourced via the Company's Employee Benefit Trust were used to satisfy this award.

After completion of the above vesting, Bindi Foyle holds 129,361 shares in the Company.
