Notification of Transactions of Directors/Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility and Connected Persons

Senior plc has been notified that on 13 June 2016, Derek Harding, a PDMR, and his wife collectively acquired 41 Ordinary 10 pence shares in the Company, at an average price of £2.19 pence per share due to a re-investment of dividends within their ISA arrangements.  Following these transactions, Mr and Mrs Harding hold 86,561 shares in the Company.
