Ordinary shares of 10 pence each in Senior plc were allotted to the following Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMRs") following the exercise of options that were granted on 29 March 2011 under the terms of the Senior plc 2006 Savings-Related Share Option Plan ("Sharesave").

Some of the shares allotted to the PDMRs were subsequently disposed of on 19 August 2014, as indicated below.  These transactions took place on the London Stock Exchange.
