Senior plc: Directorate Change

Having reached the ninth anniversary of her initial appointment to the Senior plc Board as an independent non-executive Director, Susan Brennan will be retiring from the Board and as a member of the Audit, Nominations and Remuneration Committees at the conclusion of the Company's next Annual General Meeting which is due to be held in April 2025.
