Senior plc ("the Company") notes that Celia Baxter, non-executive Director of the Company, was appointed as a non-executive director of RHI-MAG N.V. on 6 October 2017.  RHI-MAG N.V. has been renamed as RHI Magnesita N.V. and today has listed on the London Stock Exchange; therefore Celia Baxter's appointment becomes disclosable under paragraph 9.6.14 of the Listing Rules.

There are no other matters to disclose in accordance with paragraph 9.6.14R of the Listing Rules.
