Senior plc ("the Company") notes that Giles Kerr, Non- executive Director of the Company, has been appointed as a non-executive director of PayPoint plc.  The appointment to the Board of PayPoint plc will take effect on 20 November 2015.  PayPoint plc is listed on the London Stock Exchange.

There are no other matters to disclose in accordance with paragraph 9.6.14R of the Listing Rules.
