Senior plc ("the Company") notes that Mark Rollins, Group Chief Executive of the Company, has been appointed as a non-executive director of Tyman plc.  The appointment to the Board of Tyman plc will take effect on 1 April 2015.  Tyman plc is listed on the London Stock Exchange.

There are no other matters to disclose in accordance with paragraph 9.6.14R of the Listing Rules.
