Stockholder Meeting Notice

Semtech Corporation’s Annual Meeting of Stockholders will be held on June 10, 2021 at the offices of Semtech Corporation, 200 Flynn Road, Camarillo, CA 93012, at 11:00 a.m. Pacific Time.
