On February 25, 2025, Sempra issued a press release announcing its financial results for the three months and year ended December 31, 2024. A copy of Sempra’s press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1. Sempra’s Statements of Operations Data by Segment for the three months and years ended December 31, 2024 and 2023 is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.2.
