Sempra Officer Resignation

On October 12, 2023, Kevin C. Sagara provided notice that he will resign as the Executive Vice President and Group President of Sempra effective December 1, 2023.

Southern California Gas Company Director Resignation

On October 12, 2023, Kevin C. Sagara provided notice that he will resign as the Chairman of the Board and as a director of Southern California Gas Company, a subsidiary of Sempra, effective December 1, 2023.
