Vienna, Austria - The Supervisory Board of Semperit AG Holding has today agreed to the request of Michele Melchiorre, COO and responsible for the Medical Sector, to terminate his Management Board contract as of 30 September 2018.
Until a new appointment to the Management Board, Supervisory Board member Felix Fremerey and CEO Martin Füllenbach will be responsible for the Board portfolio of Michele Melchiorre on an interim basis.
