The supervisory board of Semperit AG Holding announces the unanimous decision to extend the management board. Thomas Fahnemann has been appointed Deputy Chairman of the Managing Board effective from 1st December 2010. This decision settles the succession of Rainer Zellner as Chairman of the Managing Board (CEO). After an appropriate transitional period Thomas Fahnemann will succeed Rainer Zellner as CEO following the Annual General Meeting in April 2011.
