On June 22 , 201 6 , Arthur H. del Prado gave notice of his decision to resign from the Board of Director s of SemiLEDs Corporation (the “Company”) effective immediately. His resignation was not the result of any disagreement with the Company regarding its operations, policies, or practices. Mr. del Prado has served three years on our board of directors, and we are grateful for his service to the Company.
